RULES AND GUIDELINES

“WE STILL BELIEVE IN THE GROOVE”

WELCOME TO MOJO FEST. WE ARE SUPER STOKED TO HAVE YOU - GET READY FOR A WEEKEND

FILLED WITH MUSIC, COMMUNITY & NATURE... DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER!

RECENT UPDATES:

Car Camping:

Car camping is allowed for any vehicle pass ticket holder. ADA patrons will be required to purchase a parking pass but will be instructed to park in an area exclusively for ADA needs. This is optional if requested.

Tent Camping:

There are plenty of tent camping spots many are right next to the river. Tent camping is highly encouraged, as you can be close to all the fun. First come, first served for all camping spots. No "saving" spots for your friends. Arrive when gates open at 10 AM and you will have first pick! There is not a bad spot to camp in the whole place.

Re-entry:

We have had a no re-entry policy but have recently changed it slightly. Re-entry to the festival will be allowed between the hours of 12 PM and 4 PM on Saturday only. If you need to feed the dogs, take care of something in town, or grab supplies, this is your opportunity.

We are strictly limiting it to this time frame, make sure to have your wristband and proof of ticket purchase ready to go. ReEntry without wristband is not permitted.

Fires:

Fires should be assumed not allowed anywhere on the festival grounds. To ensure your safety and the safety of those around you, please respect these rules. Fires and open flames are subject to change, depending on the burn ban.

Gate Ticket Sales:

Ticket sales will be allowed at the gate, but please, please purchase beforehand. This avoids hold up at the gate and allows us to provide the appropriate infrastructure to keep everyone safe.

Remember that parking is also limited on a first come-first serve basis.

Swimming:

Swim at your own risk! Mojo Fest is not responsible for any injuries incurred at the river. Parents, please keep a close watch on your children at all times, especially if they are swimming. It's a beautiful river and we encourage you to have fun in a safe manner.

Medical:

We have a team of medical professionals on staff 24/7 - if you need anything, please go there first. Band aids, hydration, decompression time... They are there to help you. The team consists of Registered Nurses and Naturopathic doctors.

Safety and Security:

If anyone is making you feel uncomfortable or has engaged in verbal, physical, or sexual harassment of ANY kind, please report to the medical tent and explain the situation. We take your safety very seriously and our 24/7 security team will not hesitate to remove anyone from the property. This includes: patrons, staff, artists... we are all held to the same standard.

Food & Water:

You are responsible for taking everything you need for 3 days at a music festival. Self-reliance is key. However we have amazing food vendors on site who will be serving during daylight hours and we encourage you to buy some of their amazing dishes. Fresh, safe drinking water is available on site for your use, free of charge. Please bring a receptacle with you to avoid waste.

Pack it In Pack it Out.

Plain and simple, if you took it to the fest, bring it home. We will have trash cans for your use and a Green team, but it is up to everyone to ensure the cleanliness of the beautiful festival grounds when we leave.
